1) Are you a factory or a trading company? Where is your factory? How do I get there?

Re: We are a high-quality factory, Our factory is loacted in Guangzhou, Guangdong. You can take a plane to Guangzhou Airport and call us to pick you up.

2) Can you design a product or put a logo on the product?

Re: Yes, we support customized services, you can make your own design or put a logo on the product, please send your design or inquiry to our email (Whatsapp or Skype).

3) Do you support sample service?

Re: Yes, we support sample service. Samples time may take 7-10days, and will be charged for express delivery. However, samples fee will be returned after you placing the order.

4) If we customize the product, when can you deliver it?

Re: The goods need to be manufactured for 40-60days, depending on the quantity, and can only be produced after receiving the deposit.

5) What about payment?

Re: Actually, 3 payment methods are preferred: T / T, Western Union and Paypal. But usually we choose T / T, 30% deposit in advance, and pay the balance before shipment.
