FAQ:
1. Q: Why does the sensor of the dispenser work, but no sanitizer goes out?
A: For new dispenser, the pump will work several times to push the air out of the bottle before the sanitizer going out normally. Especially for thick gel, please try more times.
2. Q: Are both liquid and gel sanitizer workable in the dispenser?
A: We have two different types of the dispenser, one is for spray type and another is drip type. The spray one is for liquid/ liquid soap sanitizer, 75% alcohol disinfectant, while the drip one is suitable for hand sanitizer and liquid soap and gel. Foam type is not suggested for its high cost.
3. Q: Can the sanitizer dispenser be installed on the wall?
A: Yes, our dispenser is workable both on the stand or wall mount. It can be installed on the wall singly.
