Seamless Tube Hot Rolling Machine
Hot rolled seamless steel tube machines are use heated round billet to make finished seamless steel tube via hot piercing, elongating, sizing and straightening. The round billet heat one time then continuous producing and achieve high precision of finished tube, it is fit for mass produce. In general, the diameter of finished tube on hot rolling line is more than 32mm, and the wall thickness is more than 3.5mm.
The finished products are widely used to make structural tube, fluid tube, low and medium pressure boiler tube etc.
For some high-end finished seamless tubes such as gas cylinder tubes, high pressure boiler tubes, drill tubes etc. are cold rolled or cold drawn on base of hot rolling.
